How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?
We ship right across India from Chennai. Shipping is free on orders of ₹1,499 and above; on smaller orders a flat ₹69 is added, shown up front at checkout. Most orders arrive within a few business days once dispatched, though remote or hill PIN codes may take a little longer.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery only. We do not take credit or debit cards, net-banking or wallets. Cash on Delivery is available on most serviceable PIN codes; you will see the options for your address at checkout.
What is your return window?
You may request a return within 10 days of delivery for unused tools in their original packaging. Once a return is approved, your refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.
My pruning tool arrived damaged or faulty — what should I do?
We are sorry to hear it. Please film a clear, continuous unboxing video and email it, along with your order number, to shop@casaluxeledger.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Once we confirm the damage or defect, we arrange a free replacement — or a refund if you would rather.
How do I keep my pruning blades sharp and rust-free?
Wipe the blades clean after each use, remove sticky sap with a little soapy water, dry them fully, then put a light drop of machine oil on the blade and the pivot. Touch up the cutting edge with a fine sharpening stone or a carbide sharpener as soon as the tool starts to tear rather than slice, and always store your tools somewhere dry.
Which pruning tool should I use for what?
Use bypass secateurs for live green stems up to about a centimetre thick, anvil pruners for dry or dead wood, hedge shears for shaping foliage and hedges, and loppers for the thicker branches beyond the reach of a hand pruner. Every product page lists the maximum cutting diameter so you can match the tool to the job.
How do I use pruning tools safely?
Keep your fingers clear of the cutting path, engage the safety lock whenever the tool is not in use, wear garden gloves, and cut with a smooth, steady motion rather than forcing the blades through a branch. Never use garden pruners to cut wire or metal, and keep them out of reach of children.
