These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Casaluxe Ledger, a sole proprietorship based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, operating online as Casa Luxe Ledger. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
About the Seller
Casa Luxe Ledger is an online-only store selling pruning tools — secateurs, shears, loppers and related garden pruning tools. We have no walk-in showroom. Every order is packed and dispatched from Chennai. You can reach us at shop@casaluxeledger.shop.
Orders, Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery only — we do not take credit or debit cards, net-banking or wallets. Cash on Delivery is offered on most serviceable PIN codes; a few remote locations may be prepaid only. We may cancel or decline an order in cases such as a pricing or stock error, or an address we cannot deliver to, and will refund any amount already paid.
Products and Descriptions
We describe each tool — its blade material, cutting diameter, length and weight — as accurately as we can, and the product photos show the item you receive. Slight variation in colour or finish can occur. Pruning tools are sharp and are supplied for garden use; please follow the safety guidance provided and keep them away from children. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse.
Shipping, Returns and Cancellations
Delivery, returns and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. In short, you may request a return within 10 days of delivery for unused tools in their original packaging, and approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Intellectual Property
The content, layout and Casa Luxe Ledger branding on this site are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission. Any third-party names used to describe an item remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the value of that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are unaffected.
